EXCHANGE
All Teddy Bears that are returned within 30 days
in its original condition and in a saleable condition
will be exchanged immediately for another bear of the
same value or higher.
Method of Returning the Bear:
Include a copy of the invoice, sent insured for value
of contents with postage/shipping prepaid to our EXACT
address as printed on the invoice. Items must be shipped
with original packaging and packing in its full entirety.
Orders that are cancelled after they have already been
shipped will be treated as a return. Items must be shipped
with original packaging and packing in its full entirety.

REFUND
Customer must return the Teddy Bear in original
wrapping bag, a refund of the purchase price less the
actual shipping charges will be sent or credited to
customer within 30 days of receipt of return. Customer
to bear the cost of the return charges.

PRODUCT
VARIATION
Teddybearland is not liable for any variation of
the product's color, size, and material displayed in
the Internet. Teddybearland reserves the right to replace
the product pending on stock availability.

SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS
You can instruct us to send the Teddy Bear to another
person by simply indicate the Recipient Name and the
Delivery Address in our order form. The gift recipient
will receive the order with a packing slip. You will
receive an email stating that your order has been sent!

DUTIES & TAXES
Apart from shipping charges, you are responsible
for all duties and import taxes. This cost is not calculated
into the cost of your Teddy Bear or the shipping charges.
However, the duties and import taxes are only applicable
to certain countries. If you choose our courier service
(TNT), they will handle the customs clearance for you
and deliver right to your doorstep.
