We offer the choice of courier
service and registered postal service
for International clients. We have engaged
several Courier Service agents to offer
you fastest, safest & cost effective
rates for countries around the world.
Once you choose to have your teddy
bears to be delivered with courier service,
your teddy bear is tracked from the
time after you have received an e-mail
delivery confirmation from our shipping
information system to when the item
arrives at your doorstep.

USA, Japan, U.K., Australia, Brunei,
Singapore & HongKong, and we'll
upgrade to EMS free of charge.

The delivery
time starts from the day we receive
your e-mail order confirmation. You
must give us a detailed shipping address,
especially your postal code, when you
submit your order form in order to enjoy
efficient delivery. We must stress that
strictly NO P.O. Box or
mailbox addresses will be accepted.
You can instruct us to send the
Teddy Bear to another person by simply
indicate the Recipient Name and the
Delivery Address in our order form.
The gift recipient will receive the
order with a packing slip and you greeting
message. You will receive an email stating
that your order has been sent!
Note: Apart from shipping
charges, you are responsible for all
duties and import taxes. This cost is
not calculated into the cost of your
watch or the shipping charges. However,
the duties and import taxes are only
applicable to certain countries. DHL
and TNT will handle the customs clearance
for you and deliver right to your doorstep.
